Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor of our Company will be in charge to assist the Accounting Manager in following activities but not limited to developing financial reporting process for internal and external use (auditor, institutions), coordinate and monitor financial budget and book keeping, coordinate with other division to ensure to comply Company's accounting & financial procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achieve the Accounting report and/or finance reporting and analysis target.
  
• To manage Accounting teams under his area of responsibility
  
• To manage, control and coordination with other department, inventory and reporting
  
• Making monthly report & tax.
  
• Reporting Finance to Departemen Keuangan

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher - from reputable university in Economics, Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
  
• Understand general insurance business process .
  
• At least 2-3 years in the same post/ position as Senior Supervisor in Accounting/Finance/Internal Auditor/Risk analyst Insurance Company.
  
• Comprehend with Tax Regulation in Indonesia.
  
• Comprehend and familiar with PSAK, IFRS (International Financial Report Standard).
  
• Strong analytical skill and detail oriented .
  
• Thorough, honest, careful, responsible.
  
• Good personal & interpersonal skill.
  
• Able to work as a team & good at planning, organizing and controlling.
  
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
  
• Excellent in computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).
  
• English proficiency .
