Fraudulent Claims Team Leader - Warwickshire - Up to £40K Due to expansion a fantastic opportunity to work within the Claim Validation Unit of a National Insurance organisation as a Team Leader is now available. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Claims Team Leader to join their Fraud Department where they handle suspicious insurance claims identified by their regional customer service teams. Job Duties / Role. Managing the performance and development of your team to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of technical expertise. You will be proactively developing both the standards and procedures used within the department. Managing and resolving any complaints and ensuring that they are handled in an appropriate manor. Contribute to the operational management of the department. Experience: Previous management experience in either Claims or Fraud Validation.
