JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative handles all customer needs for personal and/or commercial accounts, including answering customer inquiries, communicating with carriers, and offering additional coverages/policies to customers.

A. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Listed in order of importance, frequency or sequence, 1=most important/frequent, etc.). NOTE: Indicate non-essential accountabilities with an asterisk

. All other functions are “absolutely necessary for this job”.

1. Processes phone inquiries and other communication from customers regarding coverages, billing questions, policy changes, rate quotes, certificates, etc.
   
2. Processes claims, determining whether to pay via agency draft authority or referral to company for handling.
   
3. Assists authorized producers with rating new business, obtaining supplemental underwriting information (MVR’s, Boeckh figures, CLUE reports), completion of applications, policy change requests, and proposals.
   
4. Conducts periodic account reviews per procedures.
   
5. Resolves disputes between customers, agencies, carriers and others while keeping appropriate parties informed of progress.
   
6. Enhance/Round existing accounts with higher limits or needed additional coverages to help customers and generate revenue.
   
7. Makes producer aware of critical events, according to guidelines, and follows their instructions, if within constraints of our procedures.
   
8. Verifies accuracy of new business, policy changes and renewals after processing by carrier.
   
9. Processes cancellations and non-renewals with care, legally saving all accounts possible with adherence to E & O guidelines. Notify producer, per individual agency guidelines.
   
10. Documents all customer contact and processes all paper/e-mail in accordance with t-filing procedures.
    
11. Attends company and industry training/networking functions as appropriate.
    
12. Periodic travel to assist in implementation of new agency, training of agency personnel and assisting agency with overflow.
    
13. Instruction and discussion of coverage, processes and carrier/customer expectations with other members of team.
    
14. Maintains knowledge of developments in agency technology, coverage issues, market trends and company products. Continue to meet state Continuing Education requirements to maintain license.
    
15. Proficiently operates all facets of the agency management system. In addition, operates rating software, MVR software and carrier unique software to effectively service accounts.
    
16. Maintains updated manuals from carriers, symbols pages and other necessary manuals.
    
17. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:
High School diploma, GED or demonstrated commensurate experience
Ability to handle heavy customer contact in fast-paced environment
At least one year of insurance agency experience required
Typing 50 wpm/data entry speed of 120 keystrokes per minute

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, disposition and settlement of moderate to complex multi-line claims. This includes coverage analysis, evaluation of liability & damages and the setting of proper reserves.
Requirements

The candidate must have multi-line experience, preferably strong commercial auto experience, to include material damage claims and bodily injury liability claims; in addition to general liability experience and a basic knowledge of residential property claims.

The selected candidate must be able to work well independently, but also take direction with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company grows.

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Assistant Manager Valuation. You will be responsible for the actuarial analysis of the bancassurance products. You will possess great analytic skills and attention-to-detail.

• Analyze data to estimate risks of events
  
• Create policies for business and clients to minimize the cost of risks
  
• Coordinate for implementing changes due to regulatory
  
• Preparations of projections of future earnings and capital
  
• Analyze and verify results of the projections
  
• Provide support for implementation of new products
  
• Assisting in preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings
  
• Reporting and analyzing emerging trends

Requirements

• Holds at least bachelor degree in Mathematics major or any other related fields
  
• Having at least 3 years of experiences in actuary-related field
  
• Knowledge about insurance business
  
• Excellent analytic skills
  
• Ability to work in a team
  
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  
• A high level of drive and energy
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Branding

• Involved in branding strategy development and budget controling for corporate branding and marketing activities
  
• Initiate, manage and evaluate all marketing & branding activities in order to corporate and brand awareness via strong and integrated brand building efforts for both external and internal purposes.

2. Market Research / Customer Study

• Conduct market research/customer study based on needs
  
• Determine the method appropriate for customer study, i.e. using Quantitative study or Quantitative study (e.g. through Focus Group Discussion, In Depth Interview)
  
• Prepare analysis of study result

3. Co-partnership Building

• Develop plan and strategy for co-partnership building
  
• Seek proactively and/or respond to potential partnership opportunities that is inline with overall brand strategy
  
• Lead the overall co-partnership execution
  
• Conduct the evaluation and learning for improvement

4. Administration and Reporting

• Prepare monthly brand report, including analysis and recommendation for Brand Analysis and Competitive Analysis

5. People Development

• Develop competency of team members to ensure they can perform consistently as expected
  
• Provide technical training for all team members
  
• Evaluate and assess subordinates’ performance annually

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major (min.GPA: 3.0) MBA degree is an advantage.
  
• Minimum 5-7 years work experience, preferably in business development in insurance industry, banking or consumer goods, with minimum 2 years in managerial position.
  
• Good command of English & Bahasa.
  
• Independent, hardworking, responsible and loyal.
  
• Good and proficiency in knowledge of life Insurance and products
  
• Able to work independently and has a systematic approach to resolving problems arising
